Willa will fall apart rapidly after landfall, and only have significant impacts along the coast and a fairly short distance inland. It will only be a remnant low over North Central Mexico. And it and any effects will be long gone by the time any caravan passes through the area.
That is true, but the wind/rain/flooding etc will put damper on their travels for a few days, if it slows them down till after the election, that would be a positive for President Trump
