These were also the kids whi took self esteem classes sk they could think high of themselves while accomplishing nothing.
When you saw the reaction at the Jacob Javitts Center during the night of Election Day 2016, they were all stunned and many were crying. And still haven’t gotten over it even now.
C’mon, kids. It’s the political pendulum of democracy. Get used to it or spend your entire life traumatized.
If the incarcerated are not allowed to vote....
Why are the mentally ill allowed to vote?
But, of course, it's different when their candidate is a loser. That really gives them the sads.
I really would like to see these surveys also gather information on what the academic (if we can call it that) majors of these “students” are.
Needless to say, we would suspect that the vast majority of those “subjects” wouldn’t even be considered college level fifty years or more ago.
Pre-damaged sample group.....
From the Greatest Generation to the Most Fragile Generation in 75 years. The current generation of young adults have never had the least bit of difficulty to overcome and are totally unequipped to deal with life.
Lets hope theyre too deep in their keggers to notice they should vote.
The cause is an education system which set them up to be both emotionally unstable and historically unknowledgeable.
Then the left’s reaction to Trump’s win set off a lot of feelings that they were unable to deal with either emotionally or logically. A little bit of knowledge could have let them move on, but they’ve been trained to reject knowledge that disagrees with feelings.
Selection bias! The study was done on PSYCHOLOGY students, a group much more likely to be of the snowflake persuasion. Administer the same questionnaire to STEM majors, and the results would be far different...but that would not be the desired result.
This is exactly what colleges and universities do these days: they hype emotional responses to perceived hurts and boo-boos, real and imagined. The students are reinforced for being drama queens. This does not bode well for these students futures, nor our nations.
I am an ASU Sun Devil, graduated with a master’s in EE.
I saw the article headline on FR, didn’t read further until today, did not know the traumatized snowflakes were from ASU.
What can I say, these “PTSD” snowflakes have brought shame upon ASU. Totally disgusting, what a bunch of stupid vapid crybabies!
Not enough. They are still enrolled, still attending, still snowflaking at every conceivable opportunity. Thats my summation since there has been no headlines about the rapid drop in ASU enrollment.
