Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández told Vice President Mike Pence that a migrant caravan approaching the U.S. southern border is being financed by Venezuela, Pence revealed in a Washington Post appearance Tuesday.“The President of Honduras told me this was organized by leftist groups in Honduras and financed by Venezuela,” Pence declared. A senior administration official confirmed to The Daily Caller a call took place between Hernandez and Pence regarding the migration situation.

The Venezuelan people are poor and starving, Maduro, his party and his cronies are not. Maduro is swimming in luxury while his people are suffering. Check out TeleSur from Caracas to get a glimpse of how Maduro and the elites live.
And in Honduras, who is Maduro’s (formerly Chavez’) panting lapdog? Manuel Zelaya, leader of the Libre Party of ultra-left wing socialists and communists. He and Salvador Nasralla were instrumental in organizing this caravan crap, and Mel is constantly in the streets agitation the masses to head for the US. It’s been assumed for a while that Mel was getting Venezuelan backing, now it comes to the front. Whether it is ultimately from the Russia, US or the Democrats, is still unclear. And who was frothing at the mouth trying to get Zelaya reinstated into the presidency after his 2009 ouster? Hillary Clinton, among other Democrats.
Hernandez is a pretty straight shooter so I have a great tendency to believe his story.

People have said that at various times about Russia, China, Cuba, North Korea, etc.
Yet countries with starving populations have often found the money for foreign aid and military and espionage operations.
The people may be poor, but the government - because the government - controls extensive resources.

Soros is not stupid. He may fund this type of operation but he doesn’t want his fingers on it. As for Venezuela, its politicians can be bought, and have been. As for China and Russia, they would like nothing more than to create havoc in the USA. As for the CIA, expect nothing.
They are not refugees, they are invaders.
So send them to Venezuela. He owns them. Let him feed them.
Soros, and the Democrat party may well be involved as well, but there is a lot of expense involved in moving these people, dressing these people, feeding these people, paying off officials, and the list goes on. Venezuela is only a means for the Chinese to launder money through to get back at Trump for what they perceive as a huge slap in the face as well costing them dearly in their progress consuming Asia.
It stands to reason the Chinese would be the ultimate BIG money behind this caravan of invaders.

If it essentially is a program of the International Left/Communists to strategically undermine the US/West with immigration, then it is likely the major American Leftist coordinators and the largest Communist Government would have some degree of acquiescence, in not complicity, or outright direction and funding.
Personally I doubt Clinton Foundation money goes to anything outside of the Clintons. But Soros could be an agent/cutout, working at the behest of another country, in return for payoffs on other investments.
It would be easy for China to use Venezuela as a cutout - let them make some money in some venture, if they agree to spend a portion on operations China wants.
China has taken a long term view of supplanting America, and in the short term they could be motivated to take more directly hostile acts because of the real challenge they face on trade. Or possibly they could have been in on/behind the demographic attack strategy from the beginning, only now coming out.

B.S. Venezuela doesn’t have that kind of money. Soros and the Democratic party are behind this.

Venezuela has been supporting Leftist movements in Latin America since Chavez took over.
Anytime the Left does anything, Latin Americans will naturally suspect Venezuela (like Conservatives here naturally suspect Soros).
Hopefully, they have some solid intel.
