No, not kidding.
The reason we have a Constitution in the first place is that Founders realised the old Articles of Confederation were not cutting it, they needed something better, more powerful.
Sure, everybody worried government could get too powerful, and much was done to prevent that.
But they already knew what “too weak” meant and they intended to fix that.
Further, your anti-Federalists soon became Jeffersonian Democrats, Nullifiers, Secessionists and, in time, today’s “resistance”.
Their consistent theme is opposition to Founders’ Original Intent.
So all you got is name-calling?
Your argument is that weak?
