Ummmmm.......put your servers in a conservative company maybe?
The answer to your question, no time soon.
This is getting ridiculous.
Ned Flanders’ evil twin?
Book-burning facists.
And this is worse than book-burning.
Not only do places like that invest a lot of money in their projects, but imagine the time invested as well.
First social media, then conservative websites. Chilling.
I cannot imagine this website not being there.
Thank You
PING
Sounds like they need to sue Flanders.
Isn’t it great that we got rid of net neutrality and handed them this new power to selectively discriminate as they like?
What was protecting the left was also protecting the right...
Who is the web hosting company?
If FR disappears some day, that would be extremely disturbing. It’s been so long since I signed up and can’t recall if we had to give an email address. If the site were taken down, maybe an email blast would be sent...?
Same technique was just used on Twitter’s Conservative competitor, Gab.ai
Timed before an election.
CHICAGO, ILThe entire website for Americans For Truth About Homosexuality (AFTAH.org) was shut down for more than two weeks beginning August 24 after a convicted homosexual sex offender, Adam Flanders, threatened a lawsuit against FirstLight Fiber, the Internet Service Provider (ISP) for AFTAHs web host companyclaiming his mugshot photo from a 2006 assault arrest against a minor boy was copyrighted material.
Adam Flanders: the Brett Kimberlin of the LGBT movement.
If the leftist tech Nazis, lawyers and socialist scum get their way, anything conservative or in the way of liberal agenda will be thrown into the high tech “book burning” ,Soviet style society and Orwellian hell.
How about a contact link to the server’s management ? Instead we get a donate link.
Everybody here should become a monthly donor. $0.50 or $1.00 a day. No more than a newspaper, but so much more.
Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS would move heaven and earth to get/keep any site that’s legal.
They aren’t the cheapest game in town, but scale from tiny to huge sites. Pay for what you need.
They will not censor for political reasons because they are pouring money into building their hosting businesses.
Say what you will about them, but I defy anyone to name an instance where they booted a hosting customer that was running a legal site.
>> However, were going to have to go through the ordeal and expense of moving server companies. <<
Download files and database. Upload to new server/hosting. Re-aim the domain nameservers. They should already have backups downloaded on a regular basis.
Half a day’s work and wait 24-72 hours for the nameservers to propagate.
If both servers run cpanel, do a complete cpanel download and it’s even easier. The new hosting company will usually do that for free.
