Lord love them! I cannot remember a POTUS and FLOTUS who got in among and mingled with the citizens so much. And I do remember attending an Easter Egg roll at the White House, 65 years ago, at which the President put in an appearance, but not as actively participating as this.
Handing out candy; having their pictures taken with the kids; TALKING to the kids! And they’ve been at for an hour, already.
The Secret Service must be sweating bullets./s
