I was thinking along those lines when buying treats to hand out on Halloween. Came home today with Snyder’s Halloween pretzel snack packs, enough for 168 trick or treaters.
My entire family is disappointed. My 8 year old is convinced word will spread and no one will come to the weird house handing out pretzels. Even my husband who usually backs me up thinks I failed.
I told my kids that it’s “trick or treat” not “trick or candy” ;-).

As much as I despised and mocked the Goron for his lies and stupid policies, it always seemed like he and Tipper had a genuinely happy marriage filled with affection and good humor(ex: fun “couple”Halloween c ostumes)
......Then the “sex-crazed poodle” scandal came out and Tipper understandably divorced her perv husband after 40 years of marriage. Sad.
My wife wants to know, who are the families and the kids who got invited to go early Trick or Treating at the White House? Did they know that the First Family would be greeting them and handing out the candy in person?
And what are those candy bars? They’re huge!

I am watching the replay of the Halloween at the White House and love seeing the children with the President and First Lady.
I think his very best costume year was when he dressed up as his wife...

According to Michelle Obama’s Press Secretary, the First Lady had no official comment, but according to White House insiders close to Ms. Obama, she had little to say about the prank and seemed a little perturbed by the President’s stunt.
Yes, they looked like large chocolate bars with a Presidential seal.

She hands it out. HE just lets the kids dive in! Two different styles LOL. Apparently he has a candy drawer for the kids that visit him in the Oval Office.
I love watching the little ones, but also the families (with parental handshakes). Noticed that POTUS made sure all adults got those HERSHEY bars too! Everyone looked so happy to be apart of this party
And they got a TT bag, A picture with the president, and the chocolate with presidential seal. Wonder if there were any other activities.
