The man with low IQ could also have a dependency disorder. Be willing to do anything at first to have someone like them, then having the IQ of a 6th grader (or less) simply be threatened or threaten your family.
Of course, if you do have a normal or above IQ, blackmail and threatening the life of your loved ones will work, too. All part of the evil plan. No holds barred on their part.

I would imagine that the Soros estate has armed security at the entrance who would be the ones accepting deliveries, and verifying the legitimacy of the person dropping off any package, and that this security would have a video record of everybody who comes to the place.

I posted that the whole story about the bomber being a homeless former male stripper living in a van with every window covered with Trump posters was a version of the movie Wag the Dog.
The fake devises which look like crude pipe bombs that were hand delivered in New York but also supposedly mailed from Florida were part of the reason.

I read that the case was taken away from the US Attorney in Miami and sent to the corrupt US Attorney in the Southern District of New York, which has been involved in so many cover-ups.
