Seems to me that ending birthright citizenship should be easy. The 14th amendment´s language includes: “ and subject to the jurisdiction thereof”...
All congress has to do is pass a law that defines “ and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” to mean that unless you´re a citizen or in the country legally, the jurisdiction clause doesn´t apply to you. Then explicitly state that at least one of the birth parents need to be in the country legally or citizenship isn´t conveyed.

I thought the strict rules of engagement were no guns, just assist police and border guards and ICE as backup and help with fence building and so on. Which sounded useless, if we are honest with ourselves, except as a united front to worry the invasion hordes.

I did not get past the title as that is not what I heard Trump say. He said if they throw rocks it will be considered as if they have a rifle.
At one point, he said that the Mexican military had a hard time trying to stop the 2nd caravan.
He went on to say ‘ours won’t’.

I didn’t hear him say that. I heard him say if rocks are thrown, we will consider them (the rocks) to be guns.
I did not hear him say that our troops would “open fire” on the invaders.
All I saw is a third-party caption concerning Trump’s alleged remark about firearms. Did I miss something?
