I don’at understand that either. Maybe because Michigan is not considered a Red state. Hope you candidate’s race goes well. He seems like a well-rounded person of incredible capacity.
It could also be that that they think a Trump rally in Michigan could energize the Democrat base. They may want the democrats there to be complacent.
Alternately, they may have internal polls that show the race to be either unwinnable or in the bag.
