If it was against the law why are 15 million senior immigrants collecting supplemental social security.?Obviously the law must be saying ANY INDIVIDUAL OVER 65 is eligible for supplemental social security benefits. My own relatives are doing that (not sponsored by me, sponsored by my other relatives). They can not have Medicare, but they can have Medicaid if they have no wealth, which most do not, even if their sponsoring sons/daughters make good incomes.

SSI is not “Social Security!”

And it is just a small stipend.
