House Democrats have a Plan B to make sure Robert Mueller’s findings in the Russia investigation see the light of day if President Trump fires the special counsel, a report said.
Democrats, who regained control of the House in Tuesday’s midterm elections, are preparing for a Saturday Night Massacre situation in which Trump fires top Justice Department officials in an attempt to quash Mueller’s investigation.
In that scenario, Democratic officials told Politico, Mueller would be immediately summoned to Capitol Hill, where he would testify about his findings on national television.

When has Trump said he is going to fire him? He has said let the investigation go hasn’t he?
On the DOJ payroll Mueller is not a private citizen and will report to Congress, subpoena or no subpoena on orders and permission of his superiors. If he were to resign, as a private citizen he would not have access to any DOJ materials, including those of his special prosecutor team. He and Congress can ask for them and the president can make them all classified.
If the Dims want a fight, they will pick the wrong president to have it with.
As it’s been said, everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face.
Knowing them they will not have a plan if he does it on Friday or Sunday.
He's not getting fired. He's going to finish his report and it will be made public. Whatever is in it. All this noise is just that.

Mueller, sessions and rosenstein should have been fired and arrested when rotten rod first appointed the soviet style special counsel coup. It’s too late now, because mueller is going to get that impeachment report to congress one way or another.

Mueller has a long laundry list of ‘crimes and obstruction of justice’. No one being investigated by a soviet style special counsel for a year and a half would come out clean. Even if they didn’t actually find anything, this is a coup. They’ll make something up.

Trump should have acting AG Whittaker examine the FISA warrants for “National Security” issues, and release the documents.
