That was the trick used in Minnesota in 2008 when Al Franken “beat” Norm Coleman for the Senate seat.
Every county should have to turn over their results at the same time on election day - to the Secretary of State with Republicans, Democrats and Independent observers in the room at all times... no numbers released until ALL ballots have been tabulated.
Any mail in votes need to go straight to the SOS to be opened, and counted, in the presence of the commission. This BS of “Oh, sorry, we just found another box of ballots!’ needs to stop right now and people need to start going to jail if they are caught doing ANYTHING illegal!

I don’t get it. What COUNTING is there to do ? Don’t they stick their ballots in a machine and it counts the votes ?
Other than ‘provisional’ ballots, at the end of the day on NOV 6, all the machines should have a total count.
