I believe that Napaletono agreed to become anti-Trump before FOX would put him back on the air after they suspended him. I can’t tolerate listening to him since his return.
Trump is setting the stage for Rosenstein’s resignation/ firing. He is humiliating him by bypassing him in the chain of command. And Trump did it for practical reasons as well, i.e., the release of the unredacted documents, including the FISA renewal signed by Rosenstein.
Rosenstein has many conflicts of interest that should have ruled him out of the Russia probe a long time ago. Now that Sessions is gone, the acting AG can start cleaning house. This is why the Dems are going batsh*t. They want Whitaker to recuse himself. We even have a letter signed by a dozen Rat state IGs calling for recusal. The sh*t is about to hit the fan.
I anticipate a Rosenstein resignation after the unredacted documents are released, something he has resisted. Also, the Mueller report will be ready soon. It must go thru his new boss, the acting AG. And any thought of issuing Trump a subpoena is dead. There is a new sheriff in town.
Napolitano is a homosexual that has obvious extreme left-wing views. He comes across as a constitutionalist until homosexuality and other liberal views are discussed.
Ask Mark Levin about Napolitano...but turn down the sound!

It’s possible — maybe even likely (LOL) — that I’ve mischaracterized what Napolitano said. That wasn’t deliberate. I didn’t see his original comments, and I’m basing this all on the NY Post article linked from the Twitter link at the top of this thread.

It was a concurring opinion. Interestingly, the ruling in that case was 7-2. Even Breyer and Kagan couldn’t bring themselves to support Obama on that one.

He was a US Attorney under G W Bush, a lawyer for years before. Seems to have qualifications. Judge Nap is being political in his opposition I assume.
Whitaker is not in the chain, but is under the Vacancies Act, which permits a senior employee to be named Acting head.

The faggot isn’t qualified to be a judge since he cannot read the law and does not know the law. The following law provides that Whitaker is the ONLY ONE that can appointed at this time.
