Just in time for this November’s mid-term elections!

Did you know that since 1982, the Republican Party had been legally prohibited from contesting elections due to suspected vote fraud, because of a legal agreement called the Consent Decree the GOP made with the Democrat Party?

Finally, 36 years later, a judge has ended the agreement, freeing the Republican Party to ensure electoral integrity by investigating and pursuing suspected vote fraud.

Betcha you never heard or seen this truly momentous news in the Left-infested mainstream nedia. Why’s that?

What moron would ever sign such a decree. I doubt it was legal on its face since protecting the integrity of the voting process is just as important as the right to vote.

Maybe moreso since a powerful crooked machine could let you vote and then corrupt the tally by destroying your ballot or whatever is the current state of the art today.

We know WI has been unreliable since the Badgers turned against Joe McCarthy in 1954.

Reagan was Pres but I don’t think he had any thing to do with it. The article said the RNC and RSC did it on their own.

I see now why the Republicans are know as the stupid party. How dumb do you have to be to agree to something like the Consent Degree. It basically said that the Dems could do whatever they wanted on elections and the Repubs couldn’t challenge them on anything — and of course, the Dems did whatever they wanted. Dam-, Repubs are really stupid.

Reagan wouldn't have signed something like that - maybe someone in his admin, or more likely in the GOP committee itself.

It’s not stupidity if it was planned. Milo had it right, the GOP is the party of cuckolds. They stood by and knowingly allowed the left to screw us all over, and just watched. Sometimes they whined about it a little, but when the cameras were off you know they were rewatching the footage and pleasuring themselves to it.

We MUST STOP VOTE FRAUD!!

We can't keep curling up in the corner every time they call us 'racist' for demanding voter ID.

There are ZERO examples of voter suppression due to a requirement for Voter ID.

The original consent decree
https://www.brennancenter.org/sites/default/files/legacy/Democracy/dnc.v.rnc/1982%20consent%20decree.pdf

Complaint which resulted in above consent decree
https://www.brennancenter.org/sites/default/files/legacy/Democracy/dnc.v.rnc/1981%20complaint.pdf

1987 consent decree
https://www.brennancenter.org/sites/default/files/legacy/Democracy/dnc.v.rnc/1987%20consent%20decree.pdf

The important bit on the first consent decree above, is on page 3, section 2-e, where the RNC is prohibited from doing anything to challenge voters qualifications

"The GOP has spent decades improving their “chumpiness”. I don’t hold much hope that the party that “goes along to get along” can overcome their history"

Precisely ! Why would the RNC wing of the Uniparty ever want to contest an election ? (notice no sarcasm tag)
