Is the Floriduh Supreme Court still as liberal and incompetent as they were in 2000? Because that is where this is all heading, and since it’s not a Presidential election, SCOTUS won’t get involved.

Why is Snipes still in charge in Broward and not in jail where she belongs?

Why is Snipes still in charge in Broward and not in jail where she belongs?

Because hers is an elected position.

https://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/politics/fl-ne-who-is-brenda-snipes-20181109-story.html

In a move usually reserved for elected officials accused of crimes or serious ethical violations, then-Gov. Jeb Bush removed Broward County Supervisor of Elections Miriam Oliphant from office in Nov. 2003, writing in a letter about her mismanagement of the elections office: “To leave Ms. Oliphant in office would put the voting rights of every citizen of Broward County in chronic jeopardy." The Broward elections office had a $423,000 deficit, and a disastrous 2002 primary election had seen polls open late and close early, plus 268 uncounted votes were found a year afterward, stuffed in a filing cabinet. They had never been counted. Bush named Snipes, a former principal and school administrator, to replace Oliphant. Snipes won election for the office in 2004 and has been re-elected every four years since then.

The State should just take over the election process in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Because there is not an Electoral College that needs to meet by a certain date.

Why didn’t Scott remove her the first day he was in office as governor?

This is all well and good, but why the H didn’t Scott and Bondi go after Snipes before especially considering what she had done with ballots in the past. The lawsuit is kinda like doing something after the horses are already out of the barn. Who knows how many Repub ballots have already been destroyed or how many Dem ballots have been manufactured.

The first requirement should be ID voter cards... then voters should have their picture taken with their ID card in front of a current dated newspaper poster...

America had a chance to reform the system especially learning from 2000 on. 2016 saw a GOP majority and NOTHING was done. We deserve everything that happens. The left never stops and they are getting worse as we seem weak.

The fact that JEB gave us Snipes should have been all the rationale that Scott needed to eliminate her.

Voter ID is already required in Florida. We can’t vote unless we present a valid Florida ID. It’s the law.

HOWEVER, if you go to a polling place and your name is not on the voter rolls, you can still vote a provisional ballot. It’s beyond my comprehension how the state’s ID system isn’t interlinked to where an individual presenting the same ID in multiple precincts wouldn’t be flagged, but that seems to be what’s happening here.

Waterboard her to find out if she destroyed republican votes and/or fabricated democrat votes.

When we had control of Congress and President we should have put in a standardized voter ID system. We need to standardize the ballot on all Federal elections across the country. One simple paper ballot system. No electronic machines.
