“Overtime” on Fox a few minutes ago showed videos of protestors in front of Snipes’ office screaming, “Lock her up!”, holding signs, “Don’t steal our election”, holding Gadsden flag, etc. It’s a decent size crowd. If I were nearby, I’d hotfoot it there to join in. People might pay attention to an enormous protest.
So the SCOTUS has NOTHING to do with our election laws being violated???
THE SOE BROWARD IS A ELECTED JOB......PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHO HAS LIVED HERE FOR 29 YEARS WHAT JEB DID SINCE THE BUSH LEFT WE HAVE HAD 3 GOVERNORS AND 2 DIFFERENT DEMOCRAT SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS.......so why does not the GOP put up candidates against all the dem office holders oh yea they are too busy fighting among-st themselves.......

I didn't know that until you brought it up. So I Googled it and it seems that the three aren't gone yet.
The Supreme Court unanimously ruled Oct. 15 that the next governor has the “sole authority” to appoint replacements for justices Barbara Pariente, R. Fred Lewis and Peggy Quince. The justices are all leaving the court in early January because they have reached a mandatory retirement age.
The US Senate is the final arbiter as to who will be seated as the next Senator from Florida, not the Florida or US Supreme Court.
Article One of the United States Constitution gives the Senate the power to “determine the elections, returns, and qualifications” of its own members.

Hire Brinks to deal with the ballots... professional. The days of decent citizens ‘playing fair’ and honoring their job of ‘protectors of the vote’ is a beautiful dream from a time before scammers and thugs took over the democrat party...
I'm surprised too because it's not as if they didn't know exactly how she did this before.
Perhaps Scott thought he would have such a large winning margin that her crooked antics wouldn't matter.
The irony is that he could have legitimately removed her from office back when she was found guilty of illegally destroying ballots but he let her stay on.
Wonder if my grandparents, who passed away several years ago are still voting in Broward county. Hmm....
