FL SEN: Law Professor Details How Democrats Could Steal This Senate Race From Rick Scott

The Florida Senate election has become a shambles. Once again we have issues counting the votes—and two of the most liberal counties in the state. What’s taking them so long? The counties ravaged by Hurricane Michael are all done. These two counties are not keeping regular updates on the outstanding ballots. Brenda Snipes, elections supervisor for Broward, the largest Democratic county in the state, is like a deer in the headlights concerning how many are actually left to go. With both election boards not being transparent and no way to verify f their vote count dumps, which are in the thousands, are legitimate, Gov. Rick Scott, who had already declared victory over incumbent Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson, has filed a lawsuit. The National Republican Senatorial Campaign Committee has joined the lawsuit.

#Broward Elections Supervisor #BrendaSnipes has a history of destroying ballots and violating Florida election laws.

Yet, while Broward has been the center for negligence and incompetence, Scott’s lawsuit against Palm Beach County appears to be worse concerning the allegations of wrongdoing. Under Florida law, if a paper ballot is damaged in a way that prevents the machines from reading it, an election official can run a replacement ballot. In other words, someone else can vote for you if your original ballot is all screwed up. Professor Michael Morley of Florida State University School Of Law, using Scott’s lawsuit documents, alleges Palm Beach County election officials barred his campaign staffers from monitoring replacement ballot process. There’s sworn evidence to this allegation as well. He also noted how this is a rather serious power election officials have in the state, which, as you can see, is ripe for possible fraud. These folks can create new ballots, which is why you need witnesses during this process.

1/ Florida's voting laws are designed to assure maximum transparency throughout the process. Supervisors of Election and other election officials are required to provide accurate, timely information to both the public and candidates, and allow candidates to observe all key steps— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

2/ The lawsuits filed yesterday by @FLGovScott provide detailed allegations and evidence that the Supervisors of Elections for Broward and Palm Beach Counties are materially violating state law and/or the Florida Constitution by operating in secret rather than transparently— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

3/ The 1st case is against Broward Cnty Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes https://t.co/L8KeV7XYDK. A federal court already held Dr. Snipes illegally destroyed ballots from Rep. Wasserman-Schulz's 2016 primary in the midst of a case over access to them https://t.co/S3nJPpMUMf— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

4/ Just a few months ago, another court held Dr. Snipes processed mail-in ballots illegally, and apparently not in accord with state transparency requirements. https://t.co/rUJRd3nlAP— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

5/ @FLGovScott current lawsuit alleges that Dr. Snipes violate state public records laws by refusing to reveal the number of ballots cast, counted, and left to be counted in response to his specific, written request. https://t.co/L8KeV7XYDK.— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

6/ In my experience, having done election day operations work in other jurisdictions, such a blanket, unexplained refusal is bizarre. At a minimum, one of the most important facts an election supervisor must keep track of, and knows, is the number of ballots her office has.— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

7/ The number may fluctuate, especially as military/overseas ballots arrive (the deadline for them hasn't passed), but such changes or fluctuations must be explained.Refusing to divulge the total number of ballots that have been cast creates unnecessary opportunities for problems— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

8/ What kinds of problems? Many progressive commentators oppose voter ID laws on the grounds that in-person voter impersonation at polling places is rare. When election fraud occurs, they contend, it is almost always through paper absentee ballots. https://t.co/gxrVpMYrVN— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

9/ Just a few days ago, a large locked box labeled "provisional ballots" was "found" in the cafeteria Sunshine Elementary School in Miramar, Broward County. https://t.co/gU1L78H4ws Election officials deny it contained cast ballots. Either way, events like that are very troubling— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

10/ If certain Supervisors of Elections refuse to be transparent - as required by state law - about the most basic facts concerning the electoral process like the number of ballots cast and/or remaining to be counted, events like the Sunshine Ballot Box are exacerbated— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

11/ @FlGovScott attorney also alleges the Broward County Supervisor of Elections refused his public records request for copies of the supervisor's daily reports to the Secretary of State about the number of absentee and mail-in ballots counted each day.— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

12/ Needless secrecy & lack of transparency undermines public faith in the integrity of the process. Such secrecy might even violate the broad injunction a federal court entered against Dr. Snipes just a few months ago. https://t.co/krfiwe4AKd (see p. 17)— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

13/ @FLGovScott lawsuit against Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher - supported by a verified complaint (i.e., sworn under penalty of perjury) - provides evidence of far more serious wrongdoing. https://t.co/JTfRAdZlOj— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

14/ State law provides that, if a paper ballot is physically damaged in a way that prevents it from being read by an automated tabulation machine, election officials may make a replacement ballot to be run through the machine instead.— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

15/ That is an *extremely serious power.* To prevent people from being disenfranchised (potentially due to ballot handling beyond their control), state law lets election officials create replacement ballots to be automatically tabulated instead of the original vote.— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

16/ In other words, election officials, quite literally, create new ballots to be counted. Obviously, the law requires them to fill out the replacement ballots the same way, for the same candidates, as the original damaged ballots they're replacing.— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

17/ The process creates a real, immediate opportunity for fraud that could change an election's results. If a damaged ballot were cast for @FLGovScott, for example, a hyper-partisan or corrupt official could be tempted to fill out a replacement ballot for Sen Nelson, or vice versa— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

18/ State law *recognizes* that the literal creation of new ballots to be counted is one of the most sensitive and vulnerable steps in the process. That's why it requires the creation of replacement ballots must occur "in the presence of witnesses." Fla. Stat. 101.5614(4)(a)— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

19/ @FlGovScott lawsuit provides sworn evidence that the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections prohibited his campaign's reps from monitoring the creation of replacement ballots. Election officials are filling out new ballots, but the candidate's reps apparently couldn't see— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

20/ Secrecy and apparent violations of state law are inexcusable when millions of people's fundamental right to vote at stake. The entire process must be completely transparent. /END— michaelmorley11 (@michaelmorley11) November 9, 2018

Florida’s elections are heading for a recount. The legal teams on both sides are mobilizing, and Scott has vowed that this race will not be stolen.

No one has ever done an investigation into Perkins Coi. They have never been charged with anything(thanks Sessions). Why would the DOJ launch an investigation now when they have refused to do so for almost two years?

It may be 500 votes sooner than you think. Snipes can do anything she wants and does.

BRENDA SNIPES, BROWARD SOE, A LEGEND IN HER OWN TIME-—
2016 candidate Hillary got busted meeting w/ Broward election supervisor Brenda Snipes on the QT before the election.

Dollars to donuts Snipes tutored Democrats nationwide-——would explain how the Dems took back the House at midterms.

THE FLORIDA MODUS OPERANDI A Circuit Judge ruled that Snipes had (cough) “violated” Florida’s public records laws by not publicly reporting the number of votes that had been cast.

REALITY CHECK: To the more astute observer, the reason that Snipes didn’t report this number on time is because she didn’t yet know how many new votes she would need to manufacture in order to get Democrats to win.

By not reporting the number of votes that had been cast, Snipes could later “mysteriously find” enough votes to get Democrats to win.

After the election, Broward County cunningly put ballots that had been declared “illegal” into the container with the legal votes. Now that they are mixed together, there is no way to distinguish the legitimate ballots from the illegal ones.

=====================================

Former Democratic official----a master of collusion---says Brenda Snipes is "too incompetent" to commit election fraud (cue hysterical laugh machine here).

It is a b-i-g mistake to think Brenda Snipes is incompetent or foolish. Snipes is a sly fox, and knows more about the election laws, loopholes and ways to circumvent the law than all of those people put together.

She doesn’t do anything by accident - she just does the "shuck and jive" routine to play the role.

Snipes calculatedly designed ballots to generate under-votes (blank votes) for the senate election.

That way Snipes and her cohorts can fill in the blank and change it to a vote for the democrat.

This isn’t her first rodeo - she has been in this job scamming elections for 15 years. Check out her history of election wrongdoing.

And those are just the times she has been caught.

Snipes has figured out more ways to scam an election than one can imagine; she has more crooked lives than a black cat.

The orders came from high-up the political food chain.
After all, how will it look if those "the eternal president" backed lose their races?
