VICTIM’S FATHER OUTRAGED After Parkland School Killer is Allowed to Vote
The Gateway Pundit ^ | November 10, 2018 | Cristina Laila

Andrew Pollack said he’s sick to his stomach because Parkland school shooter, Nikolas Cruz is registered to vote.

His beautiful daughter, Meadow Pollack would have been able to vote in this midterm election if she were still alive, said Andrew Pollack.

Sheriff Israel allowed people into the jail this summer to register Nikolas Cruz and other animals to vote. Wonderful.

POLLACK: I’m sick to my stomach. 18-1958 murdered 17 students & staff, including my daughter Meadow. Yet in July, Broward Sheriff @ScottJIsrael let people into the jail to get him & other animals registered to vote. The Despicable Democrats have no shame. Can’t let them steal this election.

If those jailed haven’t been convicted I can’t see how their voting can be prevented. They have to be considered innocent - like Justice Kavenaugh- until proven guilty... even if in some cases like this shooter’s case the evidence against them is readily apparent and undeniable. It’s a matter of due process- not necessarily because we care about this shooter’s civil rights, but because we care about anyone falsely accused.

I feel for the father and fully understand his outrage, I’d be outraged too if it were my daughter....but the concept of innocent until proven guilty is so critical to society as a whole that it dwarfs our individual suffering.

I’d be more concerned if the sheriff allowed the registration of convicted felons. And there is another concern about jailhouse registration … in that a prisoner, whether innocent or convicted, is different from a free voter because a prisoner is dependent upon the bureaucracy for his or her needs and may even be dependent upon criminal gang leaders for protection; thus there is a high risk of extortion or at minimum pressure for a prisoner to seek to please either his guards or the gang leaders by voting as they demand. How can there ever be a true sense that one’s ballot is truly secret inside a jail or prison?

Well, he certainly registered for the party he was told to.

............................................................

Am I the only one that sees he registered as a republican?

Yes, I already know, he can vote any way he wants in the general but he is a registered republican.

Would you expect less from our largest organized crime syndicate, the Democrat Party.

I call BS on the pic in the tweet.

Note how it shows party affiliation as republican. Maybe he is, but that was my tip that this was manufactured.

I went to the florida voter registration site and you at least need to know the birthday associated with a name, so who sent that registration data to the dad?

From the FL site:

“Access or attempted access by someone other than the voter to his or her own information that is exempt from public disclosure may subject the user to criminal prosecution or civil liability.”

I find it hard to believe the killer sent his registration data to the father.

Either manufactured or someone accessed it illegally.

Saw that too. I had to laugh thinking of the sheriff thinking he was getting another democrat vote. Of course we don’t know who filled out there ballots, though.

The reason we're in the mess we're in right now is that we don't have the courage to do just that.

Molly-coddling mass murderers, letting aliens invade and vote by the million, aborting more kids than we raise.

Unsustainable.

This shooter should never have been taken alive.

No. You’re not the only one who noticed. That’s part of the stick in your eye from sheriff Israel.

“What are the odds that he voted Democrat?”

The Twitter image shows that he registered Republican. I guess that’s their new ploy to try to throw off suspicion of dirty politics.

Every GOP in Broward should re-register as as Rat and give them a false sensw of security for future elections.

been accused of a crime is ‘an innocent person’.”

Technically, that would be “a PRESUMED innocent person”. People are wrong when they say someone IS innocent until proven guilty. This guy is guilty with so many eyewitnesses at the scene.

Anyhow, I’m sure this guy and Israel are now BFFs. The shooter did what he was told, voted Rat, and has received some sort of compensation for it.

“Maybe we should go ahead and execute him without even a trial?”

No, if he is dead, he will vote Democratic for sure. In Florida the dead not only vote, they can run and win (e.g., the Orange County tax collector’s race in 2012).

Ih, puhleeze, let’s not play the semantics game. I was CLEARLY talking about his legal status, not whether he is innocent or guilty in the metaphysical sense.

What the presumption of innocence means is that the person in question, having merely been charged with a crime, can be treated no differently than a person who has not been charged, not until convicted. So, for example, they can register to vote and cast a ballot. No one has to like it in any given circumstances, and no normal person likes it in the case of this particular evil and depraved monster, but it actually protects all of us. Otherwise, we are all Kavanaugh, without half of the country having our back.

I am still, and will remain, disgusted by Scott Israel.

That all being said, I will reiterate what I stated earlier in the thread, that we should be far more upset that the evil SOB at issue has not yet faced trial and been properly convicted of the multiple crimes of which he is do clearly guilty.

Has this cretin actually been convicted of anything yet? Until he is, he’s a citizen like any other.
