I don’t know what the law is in Georgia but Abrams is trying to get a runoff election, since she won’t be able to manufacture the votes needed.

We have the totals right now
A recount is a recount of ballots cast
If we run those ballots through again and get a different result outside of some sort of “machine margin of error” which is would be extremely low. If it is a large difference in counts, that shows the ballots have been tampered with, IE changed out, added, removed, etc.
If neither candidate in Georgia for state wide elections do not get at least 50% of the vote, a run off with the top two will be held at a later date.
That is what she is trying to get

Snipes is the subject of a lawsuit, filed in August by the ACLU before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals....... questions Snipes’ handling of potentially ineligible voters.

If I have 100 ballots and run them in the machine
Person A have 55 votes and person B has 45
A sleazy election official goes in and takes 7 person A ballots, destroys them and replaces them with 7 person B ballots
I still have 100 ballots
Now I do a recount
After a recount now I have:
Person A 48 votes and person B 52 votes
Still adds up to 100
So what happened?
Can’t be the machine because the machine has like %99.99 accuracy tolerance. So it tells me that someone somewhere took 7 ballots out and switched them to give Person B the advantage.
That is all I am trying to say
A recount is counting the ballots they have, if they switched out ballots, it will show in the count.
Adding ballots during a recount should be a fraud as well, because at this point all ballots should be in, unless there are still military from overseas still floating in. But that is different story.

ORLANDO SENTINEL: After receiving unofficial election results from all 67 counties, Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner on Saturday officially ordered machine recounts in three statewide elections – U.S. Senate, Governor and Agriculture Commissioner.
Now, county election officials will feed ballots into machines to recount the results in those races.
The second round of results is due to the state by 3 p.m. Thursday.
If the results show a margin of 0.25 percent or less, as in the case of the most heated race of the three, between U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson and Gov. Rick Scott for Senate, a hand recount is ordered.
Results from a hand recount would be due Sunday, Nov. 18 at noon.
