Can you or anyone tell me:

When does the recount have to be completed?

and

Will Snipes in Broward and the cheater in Palm Beach counties be in charge of the recount in their counties? IF SO, WE ARE SO SCREWED!

I believe Snipes has been told “hands off.”

I think Thurs is the recount deadline.
