One the 100th anniversary of France being defended at the cost of 16 million lives... Macron punts.

I am beginning to understand why Macron’s popularity in France has sunk to around 20%.

Bowing down to science. Try funding STEM and keep your mitts off sovereignty.

One of the most confused minds out there. He doesn’t know what the hell he is talking about. Total gibberish.

The International Socialism pushed by the Soviets did not work out very well. Not that it’s possible to change the mind of a committed socialist of course.

Never attend a funeral with a leftist. They neither honor or respect God, souls, the dead or their memory. Instead they want to soapbox and attack their political enemies.

Presidents Trump and Putin probably exchanged knowing glances with each other while Macron was bloviating.

I have French friend. He likely is not speaking for all people of France, but said to me he thinks Macron will make himself dictator. I actually think that the French people are going to rebel - resulting in new elections - before Macron ever can get to that point.

Maybe some conspiracy theorists see Macron and the Pope as two heads of the entity referred to as the Antichrist.

Young, dumb and idealistic. That’s the definition of a young person who wants to change the world and doesn’t have the wisdom or knowledge or life experiences to perform adequately that which he or she wishes to get done.

Problem is that, Macron is just dumb and hasn’t learned from the lessons of history and hasn’t got a brain that’s matured beyond that of a teen that thinks he’s got all the answers to the problems of the world.

Macron is way out of his league.

The Swiss have peace. Will Macron enlist the French under Hitler to invade Switzerland under guise of peace?

And what if the scientists are mad, power-hungry, immoral or unethical? Or all of the above?

Nah. He is a German Nazi colaborator family. His wife is a whore of the sort.

He wants to enlist the French under German adventurism in attempt to bring England and the US down, playing up the Russians to it

America did a LOT for France. What has the U.N. done? The French had better send this guy packing while they still have some semblance of a country.

Macaroni Man sure didn’t bother using a dictionary or thesaurus before opening his pie hole. He is a mangina proggie globalist two-faced rodent. No friend to America. Trust level = zero.

Many definitions of nationalism use patriotism to define it. Some use ‘super-patriotism’ to define it.

Nationalism is a synonym for patriotism. https://www.thesaurus.com/browse/patriotism

This is more proggie Newspeak at work (ala 1984); they want to redefine the word nationalist into something bad.

Those dead and maimed are too abstract for Micron to really give a crap. He wouldn't personally remember a time when there were lots of WWI vets around him who struggled with primitive prosthetics, wheezed just walking across a room, or had faces so distorted from wounds that people were frightened of them. Or old ladies living a sad, somber life in which time had basically stopped.

Not that he can't appropriate them to cheerlead for Team GlobalGov, or tweak President Trump (and by association, you & me)... he's a politician. Micron is a good nick for this pathetic little caricature of a statesman.

"a new era of science-built progress."

Meaning no God or other moral restrictions. Sort of like the Nazis, who ran the most scientifically advanced country of that time.
