Who replaces her? Rudy? Why do people keep nominating Rudy Giuliani for top cabinet positions? He's way past his prime, in poor health, and has said that he's not interested in any high level government post.

To me he has not represented Trump that well, plus he is rather old and not in that great of health to give the democrats hell!

Get a no-nonsense man to do the job. Mexico is tired of dealing with that influx of peasants and is trucking thousands of them to our border. Theyll be here next week, greeted by the Open Borders crowd and the Trump-hating media.

Very strange article. Ultra freaking detailed including names Trump called her, and of course, no named sources... Sounds fishy to me....
Not saying there isn't some truth in the article, how do I know? But I seriously doubt the whole thing is true. AND - this is the Washington Post!!!
I agree. It's written as if it's made up. Add to that it's an unnamed source from the WaPo.
I'm not buying the story just yet.

Rudy seems incoherent these days. Please pick somebody younger!

Right. Well Rudy is an icon He - used to anyway- get things done. If Gowdy had actually done anything the way Rudy had he’d be a legend too. And might have a job working for us. Mysterious how he chose to quit. He’ll soon be forgotten. I digress. Who’s like Rudy? Not a lot of people.

What a disaster...Can’t ensure our elections and can’t protect our border. What do they do again over there at the DHS?
It’s time to dismantle our stasi state STAT.

I am with you, it seems Rudy has not given Trump the legal advice that he needed, plus he is old and not to good of health!

I am wondering when and how Trump will do what Michael Corleone did at the end of the first Godfather movie: wipe out his enemies with one massive attack. Firing the Attorney General and now apparently the head of DHS are just baby steps. A poster or two at FR has hinted at extra-judicial action through Trump's role as Commander-in-Chief. Mike Adams at Infowars has hinted at such action as well, such as the use of military tribunals against the chief enemy players. I have no idea if these hints are real or just wishful thinking, but don't forget Lincoln, Wilson, and Franklin Roosevelt relied on such measures, the first against the Southern secession, the latter two in connection with overseas wars.

There may be a kernel of truth, but I seriously doubt all the soap opera details that slime Trump and his administration.
IOW Nielsen may be leaving, but all the rest? How would former Trump admin people know anything unless there are leakers? And if current admin (supposedly, from the article) are leaking, they’re leaking to the WAPO?
Really.
If they are, they need to be fired as of yesteday, and just the amount of fine detail is just unbelievable.
If I’m wrong I’ll admit it!

his enemies wonder this too, they can’t wait to pin “Saturday night massacre” on him so he has to do it in a crafty way.

Right. Well Rudy is an icon He - used to anyway- get things done. Time catches up to us all. Rudy has been most unimpressive in his latest role as Trump's lawyer.
I appreciate all that he did during his prime, but his best days are long behind him.
