Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who is still recovering from a fall last week, missed a sitting of the court on Tuesday morning.
The Supreme Court’s Public Information Office said Ginsburg, 85, was working from home Tuesday.
“She continues to improve and is working from home this morning,” Supreme Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said.
Ginsburg fractured three ribs after falling in her office Wednesday night. She went home after the incident, but called Supreme Court Police to take her to the hospital early Thursday morning after experiencing discomfort overnight.
She was released from George Washington University Hospital on Friday, and the court’s public information office said then that she was doing well.
The court did not have any arguments scheduled for Tuesday. The justices were on the bench to release orders. The court is not scheduled to hear arguments again until after Thanksgiving.
Ginsburg also missed Friday's investiture ceremony for the court's newest justice, Brett Kavanaugh. The ceremonial welcoming to the court was widely attended, including by President Trump and the first lady.

Just putting this out there because it’s the current hot conspiracy theory circulating in these parts.
The theory goes that RBG died last Thursday. The broken ribs story was a ruse to get her remains to a hospital. They have been dealt with, and an actress is currently in training to impersonate her for the rest of Trump’s term.

Is she still alive? I want a video of her holding todays paper, while she recuses herself and her caregivers from anything court related.
At her age and given that she has been wrapped in stabilize her ribs, pneumonia is a real possibility.

I’m not sure there’s actually anything wrong with that, except that they’re liberal activists and not impartial legal scholars.
I’ve been calling her Ruth Bernie Ginsburg.
Maybe she and Sessions can “sleep together.”
Word is that she got wheeled into her seat at the Court, could only sit there for maybe 15 minutes and had to be wheeled out again, so her “working at home” is not so interruptive.
I don't know that there have been any oral argument hearings since her injury. She can participate in court discussions via speaker phone or some Skype type video communication. I know during William O Douglass' last days they wheeled him into court in a hospital bed to attend hearings.
