I don't know that there have been any oral argument hearings since her injury. She can participate in court discussions via speaker phone or some Skype type video communication. I know during William O Douglass' last days they wheeled him into court in a hospital bed to attend hearings.

Don't know how this would affect other orders. I'm sure there is not an issue setting up conference calls for that. Of course, noone will know when she is asleep or not. Perhaps the snoring will be a clue.
