Holy Crap. She’s lucky it was only a child and not a dog, maybe.
She could have been fined $1,000 or more if she had killed a dog that way.
This awful! Why are people not facing consequences from these judges?
There was no justice in this case.
Her judgement should have centered on her having to sit in a hot car for enough hours to do the trick.
Horrible.
She should have been convicted of manslaughter.
With all the news and info about the danger of leaving children or pets in hot cars, she most certainly should not have left the kid in a hot car.
Looks like the family will have to take care of things themselves.
Pro-choicers should be thrilled. They only think SOME babies “deserve to be chosen”. The always-slippery slope means the next step is un-choosing older children. Punishing this woman would be a blow to the “progressive” democRat cult of death.
