Sounds like the guard is a bit of a snowflake.

Gee wonder if that guard will let him alone by mistake with the GP soon? Would be a shame.

I posted a story a couple of months ago about his birth mother who is a violent bull dyke who has been through the judicial system many times.
I would say he has a genetic predisposition for violent behavior. Too bad Obama’s rules for not disciplining kids with minority sounding names kept him from being controlled.

"... and then slapping him in the face." I'm sure that those running the prison will realize that a person with their hands cuffed behind his back cannot slap anyone. This guy appears to deserve the death penalty. Until then, he is liable to find his life much less comfortable than it could have been.

Prior to reporting to prison we should probably amputate the dominant hand of convicted mass murderers to reduce their capacity for mayhem a bit. Just thinking out loud here, dont mind me.

Reason for the death penalty. If you are in for 17 murders, what can they really do to you to keep you from harming guards and other prisoners.

It’s very interesting how little we have heard about this cretin since he was arrested.

"Beltran indicated that he and Cruz then got into a physical altercation that resulted in Beltran going to the ground and Cruz taking Beltran's conductive electronic weapon from him," the affidavit stated. Stupid bitch is going to figure out that was a bad idea. When you are in prison, those guards effectively own you. Pissing them off is not a good plan.

Prisoners being moved from one location to another shall be handcuffed, behind the back, or have waist restraints on at all times.
Should the prisoner being escorted beyond his cell house shall have at least two officers escorting him at all times.
Myself personally, I would have beat him into a coma.
