Florida recount: Broward misses deadline by 2 minutes, so state rejects machine-recount results (Title changed, LOL)

By two minutes, Broward County missed the ... deadline to submit recount results, so numbers provided by the county Saturday stand,...

“We uploaded to the state two minutes late so the state has chosen not to use our machine recount results....D;Alessandro said the recount arrived late due to his unfamiliarity with the state’s website.

“Basically, I just worked my ass off for nothing,” he said.

D’Alessandro said there's a 2,040 vote difference between votes in the manual recount and those tabulated earlier.

“We believe that there was a comingling of ballots ..we did not correctly handle ballots properly,” ....[snip]

Nelson attorney Marc Elias said that his suit claims a hand recount is required because of a systemic machine failure .... in the Senate race, Palm Beach County will recount 5,900 over-votes and under-votes.

Broward ... also did not finish counting all of its votes.....[snip] they plan to start Friday morning a manual recount in the Senate race and agriculture commissioner race between Nikki Fried and Matt Caldwell..... also preparing to release local race recounts ....[snip]

Broward’s -23 provisional ballots rejected by the Canvassing Board - voter signatures did not match....[snip]

Scott’s spokeswoman Joanna Burgos said with information from all counties, Scott’s lead grew by 865 votes from Saturday’s results....[snip]

In Broward Circuit Court, Judge Jack Tuter rejected Republican efforts to block more than 6,000 ballots... They were they were logged in after 7 p.m. on election night,...[snip]

Tuter also refused to take action on 205 provisional ballots that were opened before being presented to the Canvassing Board.... Republicans say the whole batch should be rejected...

I’m hearing it’s over in Florida and Georgia. DeSantis, Scott, and Kemp all win as it should be. Still a real shame a radical communist won Arizona senate. Can’t be much worse than Flake and McCain though.

HOW could there be a 700 vote difference? That’s a LOT of Republican ballots that were not scanned the first time!
