The lawsuit could determine whether the government can ban individual reporters from public buildings.

The White House is NOT a public building if you and I cannot just stroll in when we feel like it.

They can ban ME from the building easily. The SAME first amendment gives me the right to peaceably assemble.

That was my first thought. Has this judge ever considered just walking into this "public building" without an invite?

It’s a public building because it is owned by the public. And he has to obey court orders otherwise everything falls apart. So, change the briefings to somewhere else. And don’t ever give CNN a question.

You can’t walk into a prison or high security military installation either. It is public in the sense that it is maintained at the public expense and under public control, the land, the building, and the furnishings inside are not the property of any one individual.

a White House pass can be terminated for a thousand reasons, or—— no reason at all. This judge doesn’t seem to know much about the law; where the hell did Trump find him?
