Meghan Murphy, the founder of Feminist Current and a journalist who has written for New Statesman, Vice News, CBC News, and the Globe and Mail, was permanently suspended from Twitter last week after the social network implemented a ban on “misgendering” transgender people.
The posts which reportedly led to Murphy’s ban were, “Women aren’t men,” and “How are transwomen not men? What is the difference between a man and a transwoman?”
After Twitter made her delete the posts, Murphy made another post declaring, “This is f***ing bullshit, @twitter. I’m not allowed to say that men aren’t women or ask questions about the notion of transgenderism at all anymore? That a multi-billion dollar company is censoring basic facts and silencing people who ask questions about this dogma is insane.”
Murphy was then permanently suspended.

Too bad Chuck Barris isn’t still around - looks like it’s time for a new version of “The Dating Game”: the contestant asks questions of three “bachelors”, and then has to figure out which one of them is really a guy.
The interesting thing about this headline, and the slant in general, is making news of the fact that Twitter banned a “feminist” for saying this.
It should not matter WHO speaks the truth, or what their other beliefs may or may not be.
Why is is particularly bad that this person was banned? Because she’s a feminist? What if she was a Republican? What if she was a Nazi?
If she was banned for saying “water is wet, fire burns, A=A, 2+2=4, OR men are not women”, it’s still a big problem, feminist or not.
Only approved Twitter words and Twitter ideas will be permitted !!

I was suspended once, for 1 day. That was long ago, never figured why.

Well that is an issue. So far, I’ve not been plagued by it.
Fascism, at its heart, is about suborning the individual and his/her needs, wants, and desires to the state. It is the antithesis of the inherent individual liberty that our Declaration of Independence and Constitution enumerate and protect. It is as horrific as Communism, its collectivist doppelganger, and is the definition of "bad."
One day someone is going to go postal on them, and they’ll have deserved it.
The original form of Fascism was a “merger of state and corporate power”. The relationship between the Left and Big Tech meets this definition to a “T”.

LOL, I was certain that when she said men weren’t women, she meant it in the most derogatory comparative sense! Upon reading the article, it is oddly clear that she was making the very conservative (nowadays) point that a “transwoman” is still a man, etc.
It is astonishing to me we are even having this twisted, stupid discussion disputing that a man who cuts off his twig and stones and takes hormones to grow breasts is a woman, but...here we are.
