Kavanaugh’s lawyer should be paying attention to her claim that Kavanaugh assaulted her. This is both libelous and defamation/slander and should go to court where she can make that same statement “under oath” and then have to “prove it”.
Kavanaugh’s too much of a gentleman to sue her, but he should, as a lesson to the other leftist mentally unstable dingbats who make fake or unsupported charges against men about sexual attacks on them.
The Duke Lacrosse Players case is the prime example of how a woman can lie about things, esp. if she is drunk.
Time to put Ford “in the docket” and make her testify under oath in a court of law where perjury can accrue with penalties. Bet she’s crap her panties in the witness box.

Ms. Ford testified to a “recovered” memory. “Recovered” memories are “memories,” in the sense that the “rememberer” cannot distinguish them from memories of actual events. This means that someone can be very convincing in their testimony concerning the event they remember because they are not lying. But they are not necessarily representative of actual events. Such memories are “recovered” by a process which - if attempted in a courtroom, directly before a jury - would have the defendant’s lawyer screaming about the lack of due process being accorded his client. "Recovered” memories are in the general case generated during psychoanalysis.The process essentially is one of voluntary “gaslighting” in which the subject is encouraged to visualize and fantasize about what could have happened long ago to have caused the patient’s problems in the here and now. The defendant who eventually gets accused by the subject has no ability to raise objections to the process - which is “privileged,” don’t you know - and the woman who eventually raises charges against the man (as is generally the case) becomes an extremely sympathetic plaintiff via this process.
The bottom line is that allowing “recovered” memory testimony is just as much of an abuse of a defendant’s rights as directly denying the defendant due process in the courtroom itself would be. It took an awful lot for the Republicans to be able to get Kavanaugh confirmed after having allowed the abuse which was the Ford testimony.
Saying all that is not to deny the very real possibility that Ms. Ford “composed,” and was lying outright.
