A Mexican man who was deported from the US 20 times has been convicted of 10 counts including sexual assault in Oregon............. Sergio Jose Martinez, 31, was sentenced to 35 years in prison in a Portland courtroom after pleading to first-degree burglary, sodomy, sex abuse, kidnapping, robbery, and second-degree assault.
Martinez smiled throughout the trial, and as he left, he gave one grim parting shot to his two victims’ relatives: ‘See all you guys in Hell.’
Martinez had been freed from jail in Portland a week before the attacks; he was in there for interfering with police and providing a false birth date.
He was released despite a request from US Immigration and Customs Enforcement for the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office to hold him so the agency could take him into custody.
After 35 years, ICE would be able to take him into custody if they monitor his release date, the attorney said. By then, Martinez will be 66 years old.

A court in Travis County convicted the man on the murder charge and sentenced him to 11 years in a Texas prison. (ICE) Enforcement and (ERO) officers deported the man back to his home country of Mexico on October 5, 2018.... FIVE DAYS LATER, Border Patrol agents found him back in Texas.
“He says he wants to apply for a pardon for the felony he committed,” a volunteer translator said.
By admitting to the attempted murder to an American journalist, we are apparently getting their stupidest too.

....yeah but, it’s not ALL illegal aliens! There are bad apples in every barrel!! Even our own citizens commit crimes! It’s just not fair to paint all illegals with the same broad brush!

Accidents happen in jail every day.
Is there any good reason for keeping this Mexican scum alive? How much longer are we Americans supposed to put up with this? In addition to violent border crashing mobs on our Southern border? How long is going to take Americas to realize this garbage HATES us?

Any ‘illegal’ who commits a felony should get the death penalty...and that door should swing without appeals.

Sue any politician, personally, who enforces sanctuary cities or states.
