Tijuana is right next to the Pacific ocean. Bring in a big freight ship, put all these freeloaders into the hold with a package of tortillas and ship them down to the nearest port in Guatemala or the Honduras. The trip should take no more than a week. Probably more like 3 days. Okay; two packs of tortillas and two cans of refried beans and lots of 5 gallon buckets with lids. Water will be provided.
