There’s video of the back of his car being hit with a board, making it reasonable for someone to speed off fearing their safety from mob violence.
The Antifa mob in Seattle or Portland that attack a man with South Carolina plates on his car merely for having that license plate, chasing him down and damaging the car, shows that fear of liberal mobs IS legitimate fear for one’s safety.

She was not actually hit by the car at all. There is video of the car and of this woman being taken off by stretcher. There is about 150lb difference between the two women.

I think this was debunked by the coroner’s report, which indicated her cause of death as blunt-force trauma to the chest.
She died of cardiac arrest upon being struck in the chest by the vehicle. Don't spread fake news.
Oh, the old heart attack murder. I say he claim he was in fear of grevious bodily harm or death by the aunt teefuh attackers.
She was part of a violent mob that attacked him - the prosecution is a political one. They should be prosecuting the other members of the mob, not the mob’s victim.
