Good question. Mueller was given way too much latitude to investigate all of this other stuff. This will go on forever.

Yep. That’s why they wanted it in writing if anything. They had the Cohen deal ready to go.
Now Mueller can believe Cohen over Trump and charge him with lying under oath.
The thing that I note is that we're hearing leaks now that Mueller is probing Rodger Stone about his private discussions with Trump via telephone. Here's a plausible scenario: The FBI has tapes of all of those calls and Mueller has heard them but he doesn't want to say that publicly because it's one thing to be monitoring Papadopolous based on BS manufactured intel, it's another thing to extend that to conversations between the candidate and people not on the campaign. And I think at least some of those conversations happened prior to the FISA warrants so having them is illegal. It's impossible to release them because that confirms that Trump was indeed personally being wiretapped by Obama. That's hard to spin as legit. But Mueller thinks he has something good in those calls, something that he can use so he's squeezing Stone to get him to say it in testimony and eliminate the need to produce those tapes.
This is the Deep State’s Last Stand. The entire Mueller investigation is based on absolute lies and they KNOW IT!

One important point is not being discussed. I am sure there was a written question to Trump asking when he terminated the Russian real estate deal. Trump said it was Jan 16 when he cancelled the option to build a building 8n Moscow. Cohen has now said it was June of 16. Now we have a likely lying charge against Trump based on Cohen lying and changing his testimony from Jan 16 to June 16. It’s cqlled a purjury trap. The SC will believe Cohen and charge a Trump.
I think so too. As soon as Mueller ends, Trump will nuke the swamp by declassifying docs the DOJ/FBI have been hiding behind Mueller on. Including, IMO, evidence Obama directed all the illegal spying on Trump.

Well, payback is a bitch, so the next time a democrat is elected as president, he or she or whatever it identifies as can just go ahead and enjoy the permanent attachment of a government gumshoe to him since inauguration day forward until we can hound him from office. Even a small phrase like that could be subject to a perjury trap. You said "bathroom", but what if there is no bath tub. You can't really bathe. In that case it's really a "powder room", "wash room", or "half bath". Bingo, perjury trap.
