“he could release ALL rhe documents before we all give up.”

I’m sure the DOJ is REFUSING to release the docs. Probably threatening the President of the United States, too. Yes, that’s how bad it is...

Btw—I’m not giving up. We just have to renegotiate our relationship vis a vis our irreparably corrupt stasi state. We, the governed, REVOKE OUR CONSENT.

Yeah, you’d think they could work WITH the president, who has proven himself since he was elected, and help the economy along, resolve other issues, instead of fighting him 24/7

None of us how things will play out, but, I fear that with the the Dems in control of the House plus Mitt in the Senate the Republicans will face the greatest pressure to convict/remove Trump....and we all now now weak the Republicans are to resist....

“The question really comes down to who will best protect the civil rights and economic interests of the productive class?”

Well, it ain’t the marxist rats and that’s where were headed.
How long will what’s left of the rule of law last is the question everyone should be asking...

They’re not gonna flip more than a handful of Senate Republicans unless the media can drive Trump’s approval numbers into the toilet.

And that ain’t happening.
As rightly observed only Trump can do that
via some form of major betrayal.

I still say the biggest danger to your point is Millenials.
They are moving into their 30’s and are still clinging to Socialism. They appear to have truly consumed the Kool-Aid. If some way is not found to reach them then it’s only a matter of waiting for enough of us to die.

Until Hilary and Bill Clinton are in prison, there is no rule of law in the united States.

The rule of law is like being pregnant, one either is or one is not. There are no degrees of it. At the present, we do not have it.

If the rule of law still existed in the United States, Muller would not be allowed to use Gestapo and Stalinist tactics to legally ruin people.

I agree, but that’s not apparent to most. Most still have trust or faith in the rule of law. Most still abide by it. My question is how fast can that devolve?

They underestimate the clingers and deplorables. It should be fun to watch.

I think there were a lot of fence sitters that voted for Trump because Hillary was too much a criminal to back away. Now we have had two years of sabotage to the success of the Trump administration.

Sabotage by McCain-Flake-Corker in failing, once we had both houses, to repeal ObamaCare --the plan that does not work.

Sabotage by Kevin McCarthy, Paul Ryan, Kevin Yoder, Martha McSally and all the Never Trumpers that killed including funding for the WALL -- THE signature issue for Trump in 2016.

Sabotage by the media and the DOJ/FBI in the FAKE Russia, Russia, Russia shit.

All of this is a big buzz kill on Trump for people that might pay attention. It has really hurt him with people as we saw in some of the swing elections this year where marginal Repubs could not repeat 2016.

Despite all of the ongoing sabotage, Trump has had a helluva lot of successes.

You are right. Even some democrats have a sense of what is right and wrong. They sure wouldn’t tolerate such attacks on Obama.

As I have said from day one, the ONLY PERSON who can cause Trump’s people to turn on Trump is Trump himself.

He needs to be a bit careful in some areas, particularly if the Democrats are willing to ‘work with him’. The obvious one is immigration - if he thinks that we’ll be good with The Wall, in exchange for Amnesty and no other reforms, he’ll have a very lonely 2020. Also, this Criminal Justice Reform crap is bothersome, but probably not a deal-killer, since the associated crime-rate spike will likely not really be understood until after the 2020 election.

“Trump’s Ace in the Hole.... Declassify.”

Is that supposed to be funny? He THREATENS to declassify. He THREATENS to release. But he doesn’t. I’m sick of it. If declassifying and releasing docs will help us help him (or help him help us), then he needs to get on the stick.
