I hate to see Baltimore going feral. I've cruised out of Baltimore, the most recent time getting back two weeks ago. Cabs are quickly available, and that enhances ones feeling of safety....except they might have the most reckless drivers there are. FWIW, this time there was much more of a feeling of the chaos of the city affecting even the hotels.
The city? There aren't that many streets left where there's a feeling of safety, even around the hotels, stadiums, and train station. What happens when incidents like this become common and they lose their convention, tourism, and port revenue?
