Yes. He converted back in 95.

Yes he’s catholic now. His wife is catholic so he converted.

Jeb is Catholic.

Bush was raised an Episcopalian. But his wife, Columba Bush, who grew up in Mexico, is Catholic. Bush, married Columba in 1974, but didn’t convert right away. After he lost his first gubernatorial campaign in 1994, he converted.
