I would get on her for malicious prosecution. I would file an ethics complaint with the NY Bar - every month of the year I would file a new complaint.
It’s clear President Trump and Family have No Rights
“Investigations” are a two way street. DJT was raised in the midst of INVESTIGATIONS in New York. He knows what to do! If I were Letitia I would tone it down, quick! Trumps resources are a million times hers. New York is broke.
That’s it.
Trump needs to use the resources at his disposal, like the IRS fight back. Most of these Democrats are crooks and walking a few of them out the door in cuffs will shut them up.
Fishing expeditions disgust me. Government is not supposed to be a weapon wielded against those you don’t like. At some point, possibly soon, these people will need to be reminded where government derives its just powers from.
She is untouchable, she is black and a woman. Completely innocent of all things and can move to help impeach the powerful white man in the oval office.
She will be and may already be hy those who can cause her real trouble. Conspiracy to to aid and abet sedition and treason for starters.

I have a friend who is currently being “Muellered” by the DOJ. They want him to lie and he refuses to lie. The DOJ goons have been poisoning all his moneyed relationships. His daughter is trying to buy a house and the realtor for the seller told her that she does not deal with mafia, which means the goons are trying to interfere with all his children’s business dealings. The seller’s realtor has no business talking to the buyer. Fortunately, my friend does have the means to withstand a bit of pressure. But, what is it with this rogue DOJ? They have an endless bankroll plus power to go after whomever, even when they are innocent.

If an incoming Republican AG promised to start in-depth investigations on the Clintons’ behavior the enemedia would be howling their disapproval.
Trump is at a disadvantage here because much of the investigative apparatus at his disposal is allied with those who wish to bring him down. It might seem Nixonian but I’ve often thought he needs to employ a PI with undying loyalty and bullet proof deniability to dig up dirt on key enemies. Just to sprinkle a few factual news stories about Mueller, Steyer, etc.

We’ll see how this goes when some future Republican AG of Texas wants to investigate a sitting Democrat POTUS.
If New York doesn’t want President Trump and family business perhaps the should consider moving their enterprises. Oklahoma’s financial environment is changing maybe they should consider moving to OKC or Tulsa. I recommend they look at all the changeson happening here.
This is where the dems think they can go after the President with impunity. NY is so deep blue that their Atty. General can campaign on going after Trump and his family a top priority and win. Frankly, the present, appointed Atty Gen. said the same thing. There is no political downside for them. And since they are going after state ‘crimes’ President Trump cannot protect anyone with the power of pardon. I believe they will do their best to destroy President Trump and his family with ‘law fare’.
Although Missouri is a red state, Dem prosecutors in St. Louis were able to harass Governor Greitens out of office earlier this year. They are now trying the same stunt with Senator-elect Hawley.
