Speaking as one who will vote for and heavily support DJT in the future, one thing must be said.
The President will have a much more difficult time winning a second term if he doesn't make some adjustments that are addressed in the quoted remark above.
His never ending BOASTING is losing him millions of votes.
To quickly change that (loss of votes) is quite simple.
Examples: 1. Instead of saying "I WON this ...." he should always say, WE won this for the country" .... 2. "TOGETHER WE created the strongest economy for our country and its people" etc., etc.

I know that there are many here who respond by saying , "he has to tweet, he has to get his news out, the MSM won't". That is true, let him tweet all he wants, but the problem is simply the wording of the tweets and all his remarks concerning his accomplishments.
He must REMOVE the word "I" when talking about accomplishments. Everyone knows he's the center of the successful achievement.
If his constant boasting bothers even me, I can see how gross it is to those who have doubts about him to begin with.
(Women, as a rule, do not like men who find the need to brag after they have succeeded at something.)
If D.J.T. wants a second term he has to get rid of the word "I", and speak of his accomplishments for the country ...NOT AS "WINS" but as "achievements or successful efforts" for the good people of America.
You are so right. I fall into that 95% category, maybe even 90%. I really like what he has accomplished but I’ll be damned if I will keep quiet when he screws up. I’ll tell you right now, the fact that he hasn’t brought clinton and obama to justice yet is a bone of contention with me. I’m sick of people here saying he’s playing 4d chess or whatever. He is a great man doing a great job but he is not a god. We all have our opinions and that is a good and healthy thing.
Tucker is no different than Rubio and others we first took to because they seemed so dang conservative...then they get full of themselves and expect us to keep praising them as they show their real faces.....
Ann Coulter is on a similar jag the Tuckmeister is on. I suspect they attend the same sort of parties and hear similar whispers, and think it’s hip to be ‘critical’ of Trump, but the facts bear out that Trump has largely delivered the goods insofar as the things he has direct authority over. Congress is another animal altogether, and simple minded commentators and pundits often blur and conflate the two for journalistic shock value and ratings.
The man is with him 95% or more of the time and parrots his positions endlessly every night. Just because he has an opinion that’s opposite of some of Trump’s supporters (me included) doesn’t make what he says invalid. What if I said President Trump snookered us hook line and sinker on the unredacted FISA warrant and pages between Strozk and Page? It was nothing but a ploy to fire up his base and not follow through.
I still support him but am extremely angry and let down that he still has not followed through and there is no excuse because he alone controls that information

Today, the snowflakes and the PC/"don't hurt my feelings" culture has most of the voters hating someone who gloats or swaggers. Trump loses in that circumstance.

And 4th, add to those personality traits the fact that he is high on the human dominance hierarchy and you will get a guy who rightly holds himself in high esteem and isn't shy about telling you about it.
People with these personal characteristics are almost always picked at and disliked by people who are at the opposite end of the spectrum (i.e., people who are guarded, conventional, non-creative, and lower on the dominance hierarchy).
Like him or not, Trump is the right guy for the job of fixing our country.
If Trump could indict/lock up the Clintons, Obama, Comey, Mueller, or any of the thugs at the FBI, he would do so in the blink of an eye...and let the chips fall where they may.
And then he would tweet about it.

I maintain Tucker Carlson changed his tune on Trump almost overnight after that antifa mob attacked his home and family.
He's appeasing the radical Left so they will leave his family alone.
This is the most plausible explanation for why he would publicly turn on Trump.
