It might have fallen in one of those places. 
But in defiance of Judge Sullivan’s order, the FBI did not turn over that Form 302
And Mueller should be remanded for Contempt and sentenced for 30 days for this blatant FU to the Judge.
Not unless he asks the judge to throw it out and he won’t. Because if it is thrown out then he will face prosecution for real crimes that have nothing to do with Trump and so will his son.
I’m sure this will be all sorted out in a few years.
I was in traffic court in Virginia Beach around 1984. An old retired judge had been brought in to relieve some of the backlog.
He was absolutely dispensing justice which is unusual in traffic court.
I recall he found a couple of people innocent after they pled guilty. He would always ask a few questions of the defendant.
Also notice that those with lawyers fared no better than those without.
...especially when the judge whose order has been blown off has a history of vigilance against law enforcement and prosecutorial abuse...
I wonder if the behavior of law enforcement's behavior toward Pres. Trump will change the minds of FR's "Law and Order" contingent.
If they will do this to the POTUS, what will they do you you or your neighbors?
Mueller has obviously made the decision that the original 302s are so damaging to his investigation that it is better to defy the judge’s order than it is to turn over the documents. This says to me that the original documents are very, very damaging to the entire Mueller investigation.

More importantly to me, the judge ordered the Special Counsel to turn over earlier 302s and all other notes and emails regarding Flynn’s interrogation, and Mueller refused
Will the Special. Counsel be found in comtempt by the judge?
Terminating sanctions for prosecutorial misconduct is what Mueller is now facing.
If Flynn’s guilty plea is thrown out, that would be the first concrete positive news I can think of relating to this Special Counsel investigation.
My memory isn’t so good these days, so I may be over-negative about this.

In today’s America, they don’t go after someone who actually commits a Crime, they make up a new Crime to go after someone who didn’t commit a Crime.
Apparently, Mueller and his team, acted unlawfully in the trapping of Gen’l Flynn.
Somebody that acts unlawfully, should be taken off any cases he is investigating until the unlawful behavior by the investigators are sorted out. Mueller should not be investigation anybody when he himself broke the law.
No evidence, no crime.
No, no one is Man enough ( Including Trump ) to go after the Deep-State. Example: Trump’s backing down from declassifying Anything.........Mueller will get his way, and then some.
Will it even be enough to have the charges dismissed, without some after action against the real criminals on the DNC Inquisition Team? Maybe just some home addresses at the least?
