Are you sure this isn’t a late report on what has already been released?

The 2 FBI agents knew precisely what Gen Flynn had said to Kislyak; they had transcripts of the wiretapped conversations. They also had reason to believe Flynn would not want be completely candid about his conversation with Kislyak. And they believed Flynn would NOT suspect they had transcripts of the wiretapped conversations.

But the wiretap was a product of the FISA Warrant issued based upon the fraudulent 'Trump Dossier' and NO OTHER probable cause. Never usable in Court due to the defrauding of the FISA Court to obtain the Warrant, but so what?: there's nothing illegal about Flynn conversing with Kislyak anyway.

The goal of the 2 FBI agents interviewing Flynn was to get him to contradict or misrepresent something the agents already had in the wiretap transcripts. They urged him not to have a lawyer present...no need. Apparently, they were successful at the Entrapment, leading Flynn to plead Guilty to: 'Making A False Statement to the FBI'.

This will all be clear when the original '302' is released. Mueller cannot allow the original '302' to see the light of day...he's now an outlaw trapped in a corner...Check.

Contempt, malicious prosecution (which opens the door for a civil suite), and obstruction of justice (which puts him in the crosshairs of a special prosecutor).

It is. Judge Sullivan orders Mueller to post a document on the court docket THAT WAS TURNED OVER BY MUELLER TO SULLIVAN AS ORDERED PREVIOUSLY, and this moron Jim Hoft thinks Sullivan is issuing a new order for a different document.

Do we even know for certain that Flynn knew the agents interviewing him had sufficient security clearances to receive answers to the questions they were asking?

This is not huge.

The judge had his version. He just wants Mueller to file a redacted Public version. Judge can’t redact stuff and they can’t file it. The prosecutor does that.

Tomorrow Flynn will be sentenced because he is telling the judge he lied. Regardless of anything else. Flynn is telling the judge he lied to the FBI and isn’t denying it. Maybe he can get lucky with the lord the FBI told him and get it tossed based on Miranda violations but I doubt it.

There is not really anything there. Sullivan may ask Flynn why he is pleading guilty to a crime he didn’t really commit, but I believe Sullivan will let Flynn plead guilty.

The 302 shows there is ZERO info pertaining to Trump and Russia Collusion.

Interesting scenario, but I think one thing is wrong. I don't believe this wiretap had anything to do with a FISA warrant. The transcript was from a wiretap on Kislyak, not Flynn. There was no need to get a warrant to wiretap a foreign diplomat.

If Flynn didn't know his communications with Kislyak were under surveillance as a matter of routine, then he's an 'effing moron who had no business serving coffee in the White House -- let alone serving in a senior national security post.

That point has never come up before. I wonder how relevant that is.

It would be irony if Mueller got sent to jail for contempt of court.

This was my same concern during the HRC email episode where she tasked her attorney to prune the files, knowing she had trafficked in highly classified secrets. Was he sufficiently cleared to review the contents of her server?

“I’ve been told...Gen Flynn had either ordered, or intended to order, a full accounting of decades of IC malfeasance. This was likely to reveal vast sums of $ that were never spent to carry out...missions for which they were appropriated.”

Only REDACTED version of 1/24/17 302 has been ordered

That's not completely accurate. Sullivan ordered the redacted to be placed in the public file. Sullivan will get all the un-redacted files.

Robespierre ended up on the guillotine, so we can always hope.
