I’m curious as to why these documents are not physically signed under penalty of perjury; AND where are the hand written notes?

If the FBI knew everything regarding the conversation between Flynn and Kislyak, what was the purpose of the FBI interrogating Flynn on that other than entrapment?
I find it highly unethical and offensive that a law enforcement agency can willfully entrap a citizen who has not committed any crime, simply so they can then blackmail him into confessing to just about anything they want him to.

Carrying on a cell phone conversation with a foreign diplomat while vacationing in a Third World dump might go down as one of the dumbest things a senior national security adviser could have done at that point.

No the judge wants the un-redacted version as what Mueller delivered to him was not acceptable. The judge is very angry over this and is not playing. He likely holds Mueller in contempt.
He was appointed by Bill Clinton in ‘94.
A while back, a Freeper stated that the notes Pientka took while Strzok interviewed Flynn, would have been destroyed once the 302 Report was written and submitted. They also said that the FBI does not record interviews. My question is, if the notes have been destroyed, and the interview wasn’t recorded, how can what is alleged in the 302 Report be validated, if there is nothing to compare it to?
