Today, Attorney General Barbara D. Underwood announced that – following a court decision in favor of the Attorney General – the Trump Foundation has signed a stipulation agreeing to dissolve under judicial supervision, with review and approval by the Attorney General of proposed recipient charities of the Foundation’s remaining assets.
This stipulation follows the court decision last month allowing Attorney General Underwood’s lawsuit against the Trump Foundation to move forward.
Attorney General Underwood’s lawsuit sought the dissolution of the Foundation under judicial supervision and with the oversight of the Attorney General's Charities Bureau. The lawsuit – which also seeks millions in restitution and penalties and a bar on President Trump and his three eldest children from serving on the boards of other New York charities – remains ongoing.

And it is so much better when people who are already rich do the same thing.
“Collecting huge salaries for being a figurehead.” Like all the corporate figures who serve on each other’s boards of directors, often a number of them with 2 meetings a year and salaries in the $hundreds of thousands.
And that is why I always check at Google for a list of charities and their management to charitable payments ratio.
I wonder if any members of the Trump family serve on the boards of directors of charities, or corporations, and what annual pay they get for this work?
I know that Eric Trump has raised a ton of money for St. Jude’s Children Hospital....both his own money and the money of other people.
I’ve heard that there is a wing of the hospital named after him.
I don’t know if Eric Trump is on the board of directors of St. Jude’s or any other charity.
Of course the media will never report on any of this....can’t have a member of the Trump family looking good....it blows their ridiculous narrative.
They are using State Courts so the President can not issue pardons. This is exactly how they destroyed Palin. Count on a multitude of state charges to arise after the first of the year. We have Attorneys General announcing their intention to launch total war against all the Trump family and friends.
