I agree with all your points except...
I believe if actual documents and evidence are publicly released that:
1. Many ‘normal’ people will recognize the facts.
2. Courts or, at the least, voters will not be able to ignore.
Congress is complicit and a waste for sure. Nothing has or will ever happen there.

I solved that problem the same week Mueller was appointed.
Trump could have ordered the release of every document related to Russia Collusion, and to potential crimes by Obama and the Clintons, and to political corruption at the DOJ and FBI.
Then, Trump could have issued a blanket pardon for every name mentioned in those documents.
No trials?
Consequently - no obstruction of justice or political favoritism.
Instead, Trump chose to let the Russia farce metastasize for 19 months, while the Clintons, Obama, and the corrupt Deep State executives walked away without a scratch.

Trump is only a speed bump. After he’s gone, it double down back to business as usual. Then they go after us full blast. People on our side should be concerned with their personal finances being targeted.

Yep. They get away with treason and walk while Trump gets impeached for false crap. The only thing Trump is guilty of is doing good and trying to do good for the country.

It's worse than that. Burr has allowed my idiot/evil senator (Warner) to run the key Intel committee and feed local media with massive amounts of anti-Trump propaganda (see JJ Green). Also Warmer wrote the referals for prosecution of pro-Trump witnesses. I kept wondering why Burr wasn't at least speaking out against spygate. He's useless and possibly worse than useless. Still, nobody can be as bad as Warner.
The whole Huber thing is a joke. I think Sessions used Huber as a shiny thing. Anybody have proof otherwise?

Re you very astute comment that “without effective congressional hearings, and no one to convene grand juries and bring charges and prosecute..”, let me list what I would do if I were to replace Huber.
1. Continue to parallel DOJ IG Horowitz’s investigation and even get copies of some of his documents for my investigation. There is no reason why they can’t be shared in confidence.
2. Change the rules if possible to let Horowitz aid my team when asked.
3. Convene one or many grand juries based on already existing information/documents re UraniumOne (a national security threat); Dossiergate (again, a national security issue re abuse of the FISA courts/warrants, use of possible enemy assets on which to base actions against the President, illegal “entrapment” efforts to create “perjury-traps” on innocent people (This way Page, Papadopoulus, Flynn, Gates/Yates, Stone, Corsi, etc. could talk freely to a secret grand jury and not fear any retaliation from the Deep State), and actual “Democrat/DNC/Clintons collusion with Russian agents”.
Grant friendly witnesses at least “limited immunity” if not “total immunity” to testify before a grand jury.
3. Have every former CIA, FBI, DOJ, DNI, NSA, etc agent who knows something about Dossiergate, Uraniumgate, Clinton DNC Servergate, Clinton Foundation pay to play, etc. testimony under a grant of immunity before a grand jury because there are no Republicans who have the guts to ask or subpoena them for serious congressional hearings. The Democrats will never have them testify under any circumstances, which is what cowards and traitors do to cover up their collusion in Deep State treason and Russian collusion.
Hire test best junkyard investigators and attorneys in the country. Feed them raw meat and let them loose with every legal investigative and judicial weapon in our arsenal.
4. Investigate very FBI, DOJ. Dept. State, DNI, NSA, etc. person who took part in illegal surveillance operations and bring them before a grand jury without any promise of immunity unless they’ve really got something “big” to tell about. (Refusal to testify before a grand jury usually means a very quick trip out the back door of the court house and off to a federal pen for the duration of that grand jury, and even the next one.
5. Fire any FBI, DOJ, Dept of State, etc. employee who refused to turn over legally subpoenaed documents to Congress or this new Special investigator/Prosecutor. Got down the foodchain to the clerks who would even search for them as well as produce copies of them. These people will talk loud and clear when threatened with a grand jury subpoena.
6. Charge any Democrat congressthing with “obstruction of justice” if they try to prevent any of the above from happening, and have them arrested on whatever charge can dismantle any congressional immunity they have.
Lastly, do this 24/7 for the next year. No let-up in investigations, questioning, document production, etc. Keep the pressure on 24/7 until Hell freezes over.
If I were running the show, the signs above my door would say “Sic’em”. “Charge’em”. Jail’em! and finally “Mercy is not a word you will find in my dictionary or vocabulary”.
