I have searched everywhere to find the answer to a burning question: Can RBG vote from her hospital bed. How do we know it is her voting?? Congressmen have to be physically present to vote. I would think the same would hold true for the Supreme Justices. Or at least be present for the hearing. Does anyone of you have an answer??

They meet right after the hearings and decide who’s gonna write for the majority and minority, then the clerks write the final decision....................

Almost anyone here could step in and accurately vote the way RBG would at least in the big cases. You could easily design a simple computer program to do so. Just take the most leftwing position in any case no matter what. There done...
Forget “out of bed” to attend hearings.
Just ask how many hearings and arguments has she been awake during to actually listen and read?

I wouldn’t doubt it, if she is now “McCaining” it, with the assistance of her rabidly liberal law clerks. No way was McCain, with end stage brain cancer, functional as a Senator! The selfishness of him, his family, and nevertrumping rino cohorts, should never have been allowed, and neither should RBG’s. But, that’s corruption for you, and the corrupt do not care for what is right.
They should have life time appointment but a mandatory retirement age...I say 72 years..

The Supreme Court is a fraud.
Had to have had willing legislative and judicial branches, in order to have done that, because a FLOTUS, of course, has no legal authority to do what Mrs. Wilson did.
