That would probably happen. Except that the package of drugs that ends up in our country will not be able to register to vote, to draw welfare payments, take jobs from Americans, or drive drunk and kill and innocent or two. If you want to put a deep dent into out drug use problem, you’ve got to go Full Duterte.

Also the risk of tunneling and mechanical means of launching drugs over the wall, but I think it will certainly slow things down and result in more getting caught.
