Retitling this article as “To Err or Not to Err, that is the question”.
Well, the MSM has been “erring” for many decades and now are faced with a President who is calling them on it, and they, stupidly, are feeding him enough material to fill a Columbia Encyclopedia-sized book with their lies, errors, distortions, misinformation, disinformation and biases.
Trump will be heard, one way or the other. Remember, he wrote “The Art of the Deal” and that includes on how to be heard above the braying crowd of asses.
Cant the President assume control of all broadcasting in a National Emergency? I am pretty sure he can. So if they wont carry it voluntarily then take control and run it over and over for a week on every channel and every radio frequency.
22 hours? More like 22 days of non stop additional bashing.
So many people say that Trump should just address the American people directly.
Well, he’s doing that; let’s see if they’re going to stop kvetching.
Those were non emergencies. Here we have a national emergency announcement. He has the power to sieze the networks and shut down the internet. He wont but they have a patriotic duty to carry this speech.
Uh, msm and patriotic duty?-———does not compute! ;-)
I hope he talks about all the diseases and illness coming with the hordes and how that affects US citizens. That gets people mad.
“aoc splaining economics while break dancing...”
One of the dirty little secrets that Dems have to conceal, is that AOC can no more break dance than any other preppy, pampered Westchester County nerd. She is about as white bread as they come, and will have to be coached in black (and Latino) speech patterns as would Hillary Clinton or Elizabeth Warren.
His speech will be on youtube mere seconds after he concludes.
This isn’t the three or four network monopoly of forty years ago.
That train has left the station, the genie is out of the bottle, the fat is in the fire, the jig is up, the party’s over, and the cat is out of the bag.
The MSM no longer has the ability to make a story go away by just ignoring it. If tomorrow’s speech is as consequential as I suspect it will be, they will just undermine their credibility all the more for not covering it. History is passing them by. The more they try to influence events rather than report on them, the more irrelevant they make themselves. Whatever they decide, it’s win/win for POTUS and lose/lose for the MSM.
What is the business case this time for the networks?
It looks like tomorrow is a slack period in their programming, before the new seasons start.
This is a ratings gift to them to bring in some eyeballs.
Of course, they will check with the Party first, but they usually save their big reveals of blatant partianship for the elections.

Even better is if the White House just broadcasts it LIVE!!
: )
“It looks like tomorrow is a slack period in their programming, before the new seasons start.”
All four networks tomorrow are showing new episodes of their scheduled shows at 9 pm ET.
Can’t wait to see what he’s going to say. I really hope he pulls out all the stops this time. What’s he got to lose?
they might quit liking him. LOLOLOLOL!
LOL!
Unintentionally, the networks have created a lot of anticipation. Their attitude is like the commies jamming Radio Free Europe.
Sure hope PDJT delivers. Please, Mr. President, don’t make this a nothingburger. State of emergency, sell Federal land to fund the Wall, close the border, something like that.
“It’s you they’re really after. I’m just in the way.”
Well one good thing about DirctTV is I have OAN. They will air The president’s address.
