President Donald Trump’s planned prime-time address on immigration Tuesday night has put the broadcast networks in a difficult — and familiar — position as they debate whether to carry the address live.
The White House has asked the broadcast networks to set aside at least eight minutes at 9 p.m. ET on Tuesday for an Oval Office address in which Trump may declare a state of national emergency at the U.S.-Mexico border.
There is no ideal outcome for the networks. Should they decide to carry the speech, they will receive widespread criticism from Democrats over their decision to pass on Obama’s speech four years ago.
Should they decline, the networks will forego a potentially significant news event and bolster Trump's argument that the media is biased against him.

Just proves President Trump’s point that the commie media is ALL against him. Whenever a President gives an address to the nation, it is televised on ALL of the channels. When Obama spoke, it was on EVERY network, but since the commie media doesn’t want President Trump to tell the people WHY a border wall is SO important, instead they are going to refuse to show it?

Actually, I saw a political commercial over the weekend for the border wall where the end said “I’m Donald Trump and I approved this message”....

Well, according to this report, not necessarily true:
“They aired President George W. Bush’s prime-time address in 2006, but did not air President Barack Obama’s prime-time immigration address in 2014.”
So there is that. I rarely watched anything concerning obxxx.
By 2014 no one was interested in listening to Obama anymore and the networks knew it quite well.
I realized his shortcomings at the first inference that he would run.
My prediction, they will NOT broadcast it. Even this debate demonstrates they are not news networks.
There was not a day of his 8 years squatting in the white house that BHO was not deified on TV by the MSM.
The MSM have to broadcast it, then hope their A Team of demonic pedophile hacks can climb all over each other in an orgy of lies to effectively dissuade their pea brained audience.
My hope is Trumps makes it personal by showing the faces of the victims and families.

They will air it. Then air the Democrat lies and spin response. Then they will have a gaslighting round table discussion with 6-8 pundits all bashing POTUS.
If they don’t air it the White House can make the case that they don’t want to cover the executive branch and pull White House press access from those stations.
