SCOTUS has already taken up the 2020 census case so the judges ruling is irrelevant.

But with no valid count, it’s hard to measure.
Each congressman represents about 760,000 people.
States close to the next increment of 760,00 are on the threshold. Virginia losing a few hundred thousands of illegals in their count could drop them from 11 to 10.
By inference, in order to be counted in the Census, one must be a tax paying male, which was understood and agreed upon in the 1870 USA.
Illegal aliens, especially welfare recipients, ought not properly be counted for Congressional apportionment.

So, the question is constitutional. But the judge just didn’t want it included? That judge should be removed.

Come on you all know this makes sense why should we be able to find out how many citizens or non citizens we have present in our country? Like the judge said it’s completely constitutional but he’s still going to stop it because he doesn’t like the way they decided to do it. Aren’t you glad you live in such a beautiful country?

Ask yourself when there is such an intense interest in the question of citizenship and non citizenship and immigration, how can it be arbitrary and cavalier to have added a question which goes directly to that burning issue? The non lawyers here may not know how high a standard it is to prove that the government has been arbitrary and capricious. All the government has to do is show any reasonable justification. The judge’s ruling is an absolute outrage.
I’ll add it anyway. Eff the judges.
